Sam Patel, managing director and CEO at Arrow Digital said, “Covid-19 has had a significant impact on the printing industry. We are gearing up to ensure that our customers move quickly, rebound well and adapt to future trends.“

Raj Ad Zone was incorporated by Ravi and Jagadish Malvi in 2016 and is known for supply and installations of branding and signage. The Malvi brothers said, “Our clientele includes corporates and banks. Quality, productivity and turnaround time are important factors, which needs to be addressed. We have developed a good customer base in a very less time and to retain and grow the same, we have to be the best in the market. We are very excited with the latest enhancement in our portfolio with the EFI printer from Arrow Digital.”

EFI-H1625 LED UV inkjet is a 64-inch wide format mid-level hybrid production printer designed to maximise image quality with four colours and two whites. The printer is highly cost effective and is able to print on high-value, specialty rigid and flexible substrates. This machine enables the three-layer white function that produces impressive day and night and block outs on rigid or clear materials.

“The overall print quality of the six PL greyscale print heads and vibrant EFI super colour gamut inks have drastically been helping with turnaround times and winning new business,” added Patel.

The inks in the printer emit low VOC’s. It produces near photographic image quality, saturated colours and smooth colour gradations, with true eight-level variable drop greyscale print capability to enhance final output. The printer is used worldwide to create wall graphics, glass, window films, architectural films, large format signs, canvas, backlit displays, textiles and banners. The hybrid machine offers short-runs, customised, sustainable sign and display.

Malvi concluded, “We are installing the machine in the middle of the lockdown and have already begun production. The situation is uncertain, but the Arrow team has been exceptional in support in every way possible and we will be ready for the next printer, faster and wider, from Arrow very soon”.
