Shanker Photostat’s services range from Aadhaar card printing; marketing collateral printing such as business cards, brochures, posters, stickers, student services such as colour and black and white photocopying, project work printing, certificates and mark sheets reproduction) to other digital printing services.

Arora said by moving to Xerox, the company fixed quality issues associated with another OEM’s refurbished machines for A3.

Shanker Photostat was in 1978 as a photocopy shop. Today, 42 years later, it has expanded to three regional locations and specialises in high quality, quick-turnaround printing for students, business professionals, government customers and other local businesses. The shop has also become a popular destination for regional residents to obtain their Aadhaar ID cards.

On why the company decided to go with Xerox, Arora said, “We were expanding into a new space of printing and needed help and guidance. While researching production printing technology, many business associates and dealers recommended Xerox’s technical support, after-sales and customer support. That was a big differentiator.”

Now, after working with Xerox technology for a decade, Arora is confident that it is an excellent long-term investment and offers the desired ROI.

Today, Shanker Photostat owns a Xerox Versant 80 digital press, four units of Xerox D110 and three units of Xerox D95 copier printer for light production, two units of Xerox DocuCentre SC2020 A3Colour MFPs, a Xerox Wide Format 6705 System and a Xerox C70 Colour MFP.
