Ample Graphics sells automatic die cutting machine

New Delhi-based, Ample Graphics, Indian representative of Tiancen Machinery (laminating and UV coating machines), Longxingsheng Machinery (rigid box manufacturing machines), Shengtu (case making machines), Zihong (folder gluing machines) and Ruian Huayin Machinery (post press equipment manufacturer) has announced its first sale of die cutting machine at PrintPack India 2017.

Sachin Kala of Ample Grpahics, said, “The deal of die cutting machine will create oppourtinities for us to supply our machines in to packaging printing companies especially in paper and board packaging.”

Fully automatic Huayin CD-108, the automatic die cutting machine can cut a sheet of from 400x370 mm to 1080x780 mm at the maximum speed of 7500 sheets an hour. Around 17 ton loaded post press equipment consumes 16 kw of power.

Since the inception (around two years) of Ample Graphics has sold more than 50 machines to over 15 customers in northern and western part of the country. Noida-based Nutech Packagings, Brijbasi Art Press and Any Graphics, Kala Amb-based Tirupati Polymers, Ahmedabad-based Dev Print Pack, Chandigarh-based Bhambari Printers, Ghaziabad-based Prem Industries, Mumbai-based Forum Print and Summit Mod Styles and Manesar-based Rave Scan are among few.

Davinder Bindal, managing director, Tirupati Group, said, “We are already using lamination machine supplied by Ample Graphics and performance of the machine met with our expectations. After addition of Komori, our production capacity has increased up to 1,10,000 sheets per day in eight hour shifts and our existing die cutting set up is not capable to cut the printed sheets. That’s why we have bought the machine. European brands were also under consideration but price gap is huge.”
