Agency of the Year South Asia 2022: Winners announced

Winners of the South Asia leg of the Campaign’s Agency of the Year Awards were announced in Mumbai on 30 November.

Winners of the South Asia leg of the Campaign’s Agency of the Year Awards were announced in Mumbai on 30 November

Mindshare retained its titles of being the South Asia Digital Agency of the Year and South Asia Media Agency of the Year, while Ogilvy won the South Asia Creative Agency of the Year accolade.

Mindshare bagged a total of 20 wins on the night. Its wins across the South Asia region included gold in the India Media Agency of the Year category, Pakistan Digital Agency of the Year category, Pakistan Media Agency of the Year, Rest of South Asia Digital Agency of the Year (Mindshare Sri Lanka), Rest of South Asia Media Agency of the Year (Mindshare Bangladesh), South Asia B2C Marketing Agency of the Year (Mindshare India). South Asia Content Marketing Agency of the Year (Mindshare India), South Asia Integrated Marketing Agency of the Year (Mindshare India) and South Asia Programmatic Agency of the Year (Mindshare India). 

The agency was also represented in the People categories with Shubham Nag bagging gold in the South Asia Channel/Engagement Planner of the Year, its New Business Development team bagging the South Asia New Business Development Team of the Year, and Tanya Agarwal winning the South Asia Young Achiever of the Year.

Ogilvy’s wins included gold in the India Creative Agency of the Year category, Pakistan Creative Agency of the Year category, and Pakistan Digital Agency of the Year category. 

Procter & Gamble bagged the South Asia Brand of the Year. 

Famous Innovations bagged a total of five wins. The tally included four gold. The agency won gold in the South Asia Best Culture, South Asia Brand Design Agency of the Year, and South Asia Independent Agency of the Year categories. Mithila Saraf bagged the South Asia Young Business Leader of the Year award.

Leo Burnett and Wavemaker India bagged a total of two gold awards each. Leo Burnett bagged Gold in the India Creative Agency of the Year category and another with Spotify India in the South Asia Agency Marketer Partnership of the Year category.

Wavemaker’s gold wins came in the India Media Agency of the Year category and India Digital Agency of the Year category.
