Q: Your star product at the Labelexpo Europe 2019?
A: Sistrade star product is MIS|ERP system, which besides being developed from scratch to respond to specific needs and the problems of printing and packaging industry, is also cloud, responsive and adaptable to any operating system. The software is available in different languages and is accessible from anywhere, allowing simple and agile management of estimating, invoicing, orders, purchases, stocks, production, scheduling, accounting, human resources and CRM, many others.

Q: How is it different from what you unveiled/launched at the last show?
A: During Labelexpo Europe 2019, we will present the latest version, v.12 of Sistrade MIS|ERP software with all the newest features and improvements aimed at helping to accelerate and improve all the processes of the company.

Q: The global label printing market is estimated to be around 65.56-bn sqm. India’s share is around 2.3%. Your market share globally and in India and also with reference to your competition?
A: Sistrade continues growing sustainably and providing a reliable and innovative MIS|ERP system for label converters all over the world. On the India market, Sistrade has been trusted by a major internationally renowned packaging producer.

Q: What are the most significant changes you saw compared to previous editions of Labelexpo that you may have attended?
A: This year’s edition is forecasted to be the biggest Labelexpo Europe edition so far, it is also the 40th anniversary edition which promises to have even more live demonstrations and innovations for the label and packaging industry.

Q: What critical feedbacks you are working on with your customers?
A: The ability of Sistrade to adapt to clients’ needs is one of the most important points regarding clients’ decision.

To keep up with the industry innovation Sistrade constantly cooperates with the clients looking for new solutions to answer the demanding market requests and changes that are necessary to be implemented to stay ahead of competitors and to ensure the highest quality. Q: There's a big talk about Industry 4.0 implementation – moving from a linear process to a collaborative process. How relevant is Industry 4.0 in the label manufacturing process and what’s the role of data management in all this?
A: The evolution of industrial organisations towards Industry 4.0 poses a set of challenges to the management. Data management is one of the major challenges of Industry 4.0. The data collection implies the existence of network infrastructure, and adequate data capture from the equipment (through its sensing). Taking into account the massive amount of data produced and exchanged, “Big Data” technologies are of fundamental importance.

The concept of “Industry 4.0” is gradually becoming a reality in label converting companies.
