Q: How did you stay in touch with your staff during the lockdown?
We have a staff of 18 members. I call them personally once in two days to check on their wellbeing and other issues.

Q: Describe the work your firm does?
As a multi-colour offset printers, we print all types of brochures, wedding cards, pamphlets, labels, books, pharmaceutical related printing work, state government tender works related to multi-colour printing and many more. We also assist customers in pre- and postprinting activities such as designing, lamination, die-cutting and other such activities.

Q: One top job that built your reputation...
Printing of wedding cards needs a lot of detail and top-notch quality. Consistent delivery of high-quality wedding card jobs has built our reputation over a period. We also specialise in printing different types of brochures.

Q: One compliment from a customer...
A typical customer wants his job to be delivered on-time and of course with best quality. We receive compliments from many customers for totally adhering to their requirements.

Q: Which territories do you serve?
We serve customers from different states, but mainly Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Q: Which type of markets do you serve?
We cater to many markets including educational institutions, pharma companies, retail and wholesale businesses.

Q: What equipment do you run?
We are equipped with brand-new world-class technology four-colour machine, RMGT 790ST – 4XL (23x31) and best quality Mitsubishi fourcolour (20x28) machine.

Q: The first kit you will invest in 2020/2021...
Given the current circumstances, we are planning to invest only in current business supply chain.

Q: What is the USP of your factory operations?
Our motto to deliver best quality product in time consistently, at best possible market price, makes us attractive to customers. Also, our staff is highly skilled in the market. Something out-of-the box that print can do, which could benefit the planet... A full stream use of ‘greener’ paper and eco-friendly inks will benefit the planet probably not only in 2020, but also in the years to come.

Your proudest achievement... Sri Jayaram Offset is one of the first in the state to own the best-in-class RMGT 790ST multi-colour printing machine. A satisfied customer is a great achievement to the organisation, and the number of satisfied customers increased over the last few years.

Q: Where do you see print in your city in five years’ time?
Andhra Pradesh is a newly-formed state and we foresee industrial development in the next five years. This, in turn, will boost printing sector in Vijayawada.
