 A.  The world’s first commercially distributed water was bottled and sold by Jackson's Spa in Boston in 1767.

 A. In 1973, Dupont engineer Nathaniel Wyeth patented Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) bottles, the first plastic bottle to be able to withstand the pressure of carbonated liquids.

 A. The Parle Group purchased Bisleri from the Italian entrepreneur Signor Felice Bisleri in 1969.

 A. The first automatic rotary bottle making machine was invented by Owens, patented in 1889.
