What is your idea of a perfect print firm in India?
A firm that can provide a unique solution for each customer. Exploring the process of solution development, execution, and its effects in the supply chain, is a complex process but rewarding at the same time.

What is the quality you seek when you hire?
Authenticity and dedication.

What is the greatest strength of your printing firm?
Teamwork. My team’s collaborative efforts enable us to provide the highest quality of jobs in tight deadlines.

What do you most value in your customers?
Trust and loyalty. I believe, when you dedicate yourself to running an honest business, you build trust with your customers. Our customers trust our expertise and are always on board to vouch for new and innovative offerings.

If you could change one thing about your printing plant, what would it be?
Switch to automation. It will help us increase productivity and ensure a consistent and better product quality with reduced lead times. We will be able to address unique requests faster plus remove the error prone touch points of a print manufacturing process.

What is your most ‘wow’ moment (print / nonprint)?
When we won the SIES SOP Star Award for the first of its kind shape pouch.

Your motto at work?
Embrace quality over quantity. As the saying goes, it is easier to do a job right than to explain why you didn’t.

What is the trickiest colour that you have had to print?
Silver and gold are tough to print as drying and speed plays a major role and there is a chance of ink set-off if both are not taken care of.

Which print technology, according to you, is the future? Why?
Digital print is the future. The degree of personalisation and customisation the technology provides is unmatchable.

Your favourite print show?
Drupa.
