Q: If you could change one thing about your printing plant, what would it be?
A: Nothing in particular. We believe in the Kaizen philosophy. Every day, we strive to improve on the basis of feedback from our team or a visitor.

Q: If you were to die and come back as a printing press or software or ink, what would it be?
A: An ERP software for print firm management.

Q: What is the quality you seek when you hire?
A: Passionate for growth and proactiveness.

Q: Which print technology, according to you, is the future? Why?
A: Digital and 3D printing, as the future is all about customisation and individualistic consumer needs. The society is evolving towards a greater level of hedonistic consumerism.

Q: Which words or phrases or jargon you overuse?
A: Hard work will beat talent if talent doesn’t work hard.

Q: What is the greatest strength of your printing firm?
A: Our team is our greatest strength; our passion fuels us to work harder towards a bigger scale.

Q: One job you wish you had printed?
A: The ‘Make in India’ campaign project by the government of India.

Q: Your favourite print conference?
A: Drupa, because it showcases the latest technologies in the most engineering-centric country, Germany.

Q: What do you most value in your customers?
A: The trust and understanding that they have towards their suppliers.

Q: What is your favourite print joke?
A:
Pessimism in the pressroom is directly proportional to optimism in the office.
