Together with the Krause PlateStream platesetter, the Krause CTP Controller, a new 1-bit Tiff interface, was introduced in 2016, which combines all Krause software modules and the user interface in one software.
UTILITY
Via a secure and encrypted connection, the machines gain access to the Krause server and the cloud applications with configuration and licensing services as well as remote support and remote maintenance options. In the event of a fault, the machine can automatically send an email to the Krause service sloud via remote messaging. This gives the Krause remote experts an immediate, comprehensive overview of what has happened and they can react quickly.
POPULARITY QUOTIENT
Due to the advantageous features of the CTP Controller in combination with SmartService, Krause has changed the shipment of almost all CTP systems to this variant. An upgrade with the CTP Controller and new digital electronics box is available for older machines.
