The most intricate part of the ‘Majirel Big Shade Card’ printed by Parksons Graphics in Mumbai was that the hair meshes were coded to specific shades and had to be specifically positioned.

On top of it, the client provided limited amount of wire meshes. So there was no scope for wastage. The job was printed on a Heidelberg CD 120 plus coater. Post-press included insertion of the hair meshes, magnets and thermal lamination. Simply too many processes, but with perfection!
