Thought process to set up the demo centre
A demo centre serves multi-purposes – in development, testing  and validation of new products (mainly inks); to train our sales members on applications of our products; and  equip them to support our customers on-site and to train our customers on best printing practice in the proper use of our inks for intended applications.

Kit showcased
We have demo centres for screen printing, digital wide-format printing and digital textile printing.

In the screen demo centre, we have necessary equipment for making a proper stencil, flatbed screen printing machines, printer for printing on round objects, automatic carousal printer for T-shirt printing, IR and UV dryers, fusing machine, flame treatment and corona treatment facilities.

In the digital demo centres, we have solvent, eco-solvent, UV and water-based printers with different print heads that are vogue in the market. In addition to these, we have jetting rigs for different print heads, kits for generating waveforms, mass drop and drop velocity measurement equipment and colour profiling device.

A typical demo that you provide / training/skill upgradation
We design customer-specific programmes depending on his needs. It could be training – cum – workshop on screen making, four-colour screen printing or textile screen printing. We train our digital application engineers and customer’s machine operators on colour management and troubleshooting.

Visitors at the demo centre
Our screen demo centre was set-up in 1998. Digital demo centre has been functional since 2008. During this long period many customers, from India and abroad have undergone training at our demo centres.

Special events
Many of our key customers keep visiting us periodically for new product development and skill upgradation. Our products are specified by many brands/print buyers. Many of them have visited our facility to get a first-hand experience of our capabilities.
