The in-house plate exposing system from Memory produces 500ps plates to feed its two colour Poly 266 and Adast 725 with a size of 19x26 inches, both the machines are refurbished and alcohol dampening. "We will definitely go for CTP in future as the technology reducing the steps to produce the plates," added Jain.
The company was formed in 2003 at Jhilmil Industrial Area, Delhi and after that shifted to Haridwar. The family business is run by Pradeep Jain, Anuj Jain and Sandeep Kumar Jain.
In house five designers are based in Delhi. Most of the time negatives come from Delhi and on the urgent requirement they went for job works.

Omega runs its operations round the clock in 22,500 sq ft covered area with around 25 people. In the last financial year company scored a turnover of six crore INR and targeting for eight crore INR this financial year.
