It includes flexo pre-press and plate making workflow with an in-¬house pre-press software workflow and HD CDI Spark 4835 imager with inline UV.

Zircon has also finalised its plans to expand to other locations in Mumbai and Chennai and it has already chosen EskoArtwork for complete pre-press integration at both sites.

Sanjeev, director of Zircon said that: "We have planned to venture into the offset folding carton segment and there too, EskoArtwork remains our preferred pre- press partner."

The company is a part of EskoArtwork's growing customer base in India. Dinesh Chandra, managing director of EskoArtwork India is of the view that "the newly installed equipment will de-skill a significant amount of the process at Zircon."

At Labelexpo India 2010, EskoArtwork also announced the sale of a CDI Spark 2120 to AnyGraphics.
Zircon is one of the top 500 firms, according to PrintWeek India's special publication of THE 500 print firms.
