Vinay Baveja, managing director, Viba Press said: "We needed to upgrade our capacities. Now with this newly refurbished machine from Heidelberg, we are able to print maximum volume of jobs in one day, that earlier took three days."

The standalone press is equipped with features like auto plate, blanket wash, inking and temperature control, which helps excellent quality printing with long runs even in the summer with varying degree of heat and humidity.
The machine has increased our output and helped with faster turnaround and delivery time. As compared to one set, we now deliver 10 sets in a single shift.

Viba was established in 1995 with a single-colour machine by Baveja, who is a printing graduate.

Under its upgrade cum expansion plans, by 2008 the company installed Heidelberg presses including a Heidelberg four-colour SORD and a Heidelberg four-colour MOV and complete post-press section. Viba is housed in a three-storey building with an area of 18,000 sqft.

Viba's  pre-press arm V & R Digital Solutions, houses a Kokak Trendsetter 800 III Quantum CTP.
