TechNova showcases label and packaging solution at Labelexpo

TechNova, which recently made its entry into flexo and letterpress plates business for the labeling and packaging segment, has tied up with Asahi Kasei and Toray from Japan to offer range of their products to Indian printers.

Anil Bhot, COO for digital media and flexographic products at TechNova, said: "There is a tremendous opportunity for flexo plates in India, and we are glad that we have found a right partner in Asahi and Toray for serving the customers with newer solutions."

At the show, visitors had the opportunity to view TechNova's product offerings which include full range of solutions for segments such as flexible packaging, corrugation printing, narrow web label printing and can and tube printing. Representatives from the two Japanese partners were also present at the stall for interaction with the visitors.

According to Bhot, printers who visited the show expressed their views that these plates were ideal to help them to – go green, "which was essential, given the several economic and environmental considerations that faced the industry today".
