Suresh Rajendran of S T Reddiar & Sons appointed as secretary general for FAPGA

Suresh Rajendran, chief executive officer, S T Reddiar & Sons and the past president and chairman, international relations - FAPGA has been appointed as the secretary general for Forum of Asia Pacific Graphic Arts (FAPGA) in the Asian region, Asian countries. The decision was announced at the 13th FAPGA meet held on 1 March, 2013 at The Park Hotel, New Delhi.

FAGPA consists of members from Korea, Japan, China, Philippines, Malaysia, Australia, Sri Lanka, Nepal, New Zealand, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Philippines, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and India.

"This is the first time that India has hosted the meet and we are privileged that a member from India has been given a responsible position in the FAPGA body as Secretary General FAPGA," said Govind Bhargava, president of AIFMP.
 
To further achieve the  FAPGA objectives, a core group has also been formed to streamline the working. Peter Shepherdson Lane of  Printing Industries Association, Australia, has been appointed as chairman and Kunio Ishibashi as the treasurer from Japan Federation of Printing Industries.
