Suba notches up sales for Champions in India

Champion machines are manufactured by Champion Machinery, a Taiwan-based company which was set up in 1959. Their product range includes single facer machine, mill roll stand, auto splicer etc. The Champion machines which have been installed in India are SF 3Q/ 30 - with a width of 1.6 metre and and can operate at a speed of 120 metres/minute. It is also capable of quickly changing the flute type and thus saving time.

According to C Naresh, the director, Suba Solutions, "There are more than 150 automated corrugating printing plants in India, now. This market has gained in traction and is expected to add another 100 corrugated box machines in the next 24 months.”

Suba Solutions, the Chennai-based company started its operation in 2003. They are suppliers and solution providers of machines, materials and services for printing and packaging companies. During the Corpex 2012 show in Mumbai, Suba Solutions focused on the corrugation industry with its Champion kit and equipments.
