When did you decide to join the business?
Back in 2007.

Where do you learn the tricks of the trade? In an executive education programme or on the job?
It was a mix of education and on the job.

What is your greatest print / business achievement to date?
Taking Anaswara Offset to become a consistent and household name for quality printing and winning awards helps in the course.

The best break-through in print technology in the past hundred years
The RFID tags, which have various applications for future.

What do you prefer: a mentor in the industry or brain storming with like-aged?
I feel the blend of both ends are essential for our generation.

If you won Rs 25 crores what would you invest in? Why?
I guess after the Government tax on it, I would invest a portion in modernising and researching for the business since print is in a changing phase.

For a working lunch if you met the PM of India, what would you talk to him about?
The power and the value of our industry and how to create the right value chain for printing and packaging industry in India and overseas.

One person who impressed you with wisdom. Why?
My MBA strategy lecturer, John Gower, who created the urge in me to look at things differently.

Best print compliment received
We could replicate a natural woven mat for a special project and various customers asked us : “Do you print on mats as well?”.

I love to learn about new cultures so would have definitely been somewhere in the travel, media and leisure industry.
