Robus, the exclusive channel partners for Chinese equipment manufacturers, Hongjing Machinery and Danyuan Machinery, has sold Hongjing Advance folder-gluer to Baddi-based Universal Print O Pack and Haryana’s NG Packaging, an automatic sheet lamination machine to Unity Offset in Bengaluru, one automatic die-cutting machine to a Chennai-based customer and three collection tables, one each to New Delhi’s RSG Packaging, Faridabad’s Adzone Packaging, Haryana’s NG Packaging.

Established in 2015, Robus India claims to have installed more than 40 machines across the country in last 12 months. Prem Vishwakarma and Gupta, who are at the helm of operations at Robus said, Pamex has proved to be a fruitful show.

“Understanding customer requirements and then working out a configuration that is best suited for the applications that the customer wants to produce on the machine is the key. We, at Robus, try to guide the customer in choosing the right configuration and then provide extensive support in terms of training and service and also help while producing complex jobs. That’s the key to our success,” said Gupta.

The Advance folder-gluer is a hookless machine, which according to Gupta, enhances speed and reduces wastage. “The machine can run crash lock bottom cartons at a speed of over 350 metres per minute and straight line cartons at 450 metres per minute,” added Gupta.
