Riso launches ComColor Series at PrintPack India 2013

ComColor 9050 has a speed of 150 pages per minute (ppm) while ComColor 7050 and 7010 has speed of 120 ppm.

ComColor series can handle paper sizes up to 310 x 544 mm and has an LCD touch screen for ease of operation. The machine has piezo-type print head with resolution of 300 dpi and oil-based pigment inks are used. Vikas Sharma, business manager (channels), Riso said, “The main feature of the machine is that it isextremely economical and has small footprint.”

Riso also announced the sale of four machines of Riso CZ series and three machines of Riso MZ 870A. Riso CZ series has production output of about 130 ppm and has a resolution of 300 dpi. Riso MZ 870A is a two colour digital printing machine with a speed of 150 sheets per minute. Riso MZ 870A is built with Riso I Quality system which provides continuous communication between printer and its supplies through embebbed RF tags in inks and masters.

Sharma further added that, “The machines are very easy to use and economical and there is no labour needed to operate the machines. All machines are targeted at the small and medium-sized printer.”
