Ricoh India aims for value added services for print firms

Ricoh India has acquired Noida based IT Momentum Inforce. This is the first business acquisition of Ricoh India in IT sector.

The acquisition entails acquiring the competency knowledge and skills of the Noida based IT company.
 
Now under the stable of Ricoh India, Momentum has a team of around 100 people and reported an annual revenue of 31-cr for the year 2010.
 
Tetsuya Takano, managing director and chief executive office, Ricoh India said:  "Today customers are looking for IT enabled services for their facilities to produce quality products and services. Ricoh envisages over 25% of its new businesses coming from such synergies. With this alignment, Ricoh’s vision is to offer package of IT services to our clients that would bring efficiencies in work."
