Rado Packaging eyes business of Rs one crore for FY13-14

Greater Noida-based Rado Packaging Machines, a 100% subsidiary of Taiwan-based Tarng Yun, is targeting a business of Rs one crore for the current financial year.

Tarng Yun manufacturers flexo plate mounter, PS plate punching and bending machine, automatic standalone system, fully automatic online system, spray powder extraction system, ink roller temperature control system, dampening solution filtration system, plate making pin bar and several other products for the printing and packaging industry.

Jimmie Ting-Huei Yu, director, Rado Packaging Machines, said, “We are developing our products according to the need of Indian market at Taiwan. These products are developed especially to save and adjust printers’ time. Our products also reduce paper and power wastage since time and efficiency are the two most important factors nowadays.”

Since its inception in 2010, the equipment manufacturing company installed more than 20 offset plate register punching machine TY200 series at IPP, APP, NPP, Noble Printers and many more for their Heidelberg, KBA, Manroland, Komori, Ryobi and Mitsubishi printing  presses.

According to the data shared by the company, it has installed ten TY800 series machines in India including the ones installed at The Hindu, Repro India, MNS Printers, Dinamalar, Mathrubhumi and HT Media for their Mitsubishi, Manugraph, Goss, Harris, and TKS web presses. The company also claims that it has installed 20 powder extractor systems at various customers’ unit including in APP, IPP, Delhi Press, HT Media and Premier Paper Packaging. In addition, well-known printing companies like Rave Scan, Magic International, Sehgal Packaging, Kumar Printers, Rakesh Press, Thomson Press, Premier Paper Packaging and Rakmo have installed 15 sets of dampening solution filtration machine.
