"We visited the Wan Jie factory twice and took trials before we finalised the deal. We are extremely satisfied with the performance of the press and quality of labels printed on it," said Bipin Patel, proprietor at Rachna Print and Pack.
The press called ‘PS 350’ is a four colour offset press with on-flexo varnish unit and a rotary die-cutting unit.
The quality output along with low production cost were the key factors for choosing this machine, which we think will be crucial to our growth ahead,” he added.
The 10,000 sq ft saree label printing company currently houses five flat-bed machines, four offline screen printing units and eight punching machines.
Mumbai-based Morsef Machines the exclusive distributor of Wan Jie Machiner in India recently hosted (June 4) an open house at Rachna print and pack production facility which was attended by 15 companies. Live demonstration of the press was shown to the attendees.
Humayun Ahmed, partner at Morsef Machines said, “We got encouraging and positive response for the machine at the open house. Some printers have shown interest in buying the PS 350, 450 and 560 versions. We also distributing samples printed on the machine to interested customers at the event.”
“We are also evaluating the possibility of demonstrating this machine at Labelexpo India 2016 for better reach to our target customers,” concluded Ahmed.
