PrintWeek India hosts its eighth roundtable at Vadodara

PrintWeek India in association with Vadodara Master Printers Association is conducting a roundtable at Color Points facility in Vadodara today, 9 July 2014, to discuss the trends and growth prospects in the city.

The roundtable will be moderated by Noel D'Cunha, deputy editor at PrintWeek India and Jignesh Shah, president Vadodara Master Printers Association director at Madhu Packaging. The session will include an overview of the print industry and formal round of questions which will be discussed in detail by the print CEOs. 

Shah will be among the thirteen printers across Vadodara, along with Narendra Parmer of Printing Samachar, who will be part of the roundtable.

Print CEO's at the roundtable are Mehul Shah of Color Point, Keyur Desai of Bhumika Printers, Ajay Patwa of Patwa Printing Press, Rasmin Patel of Rahil Offset, Krunal Shah of Shakuntal Printers, Vishal Nimbalkar of Vishal Offset, Tapan Chudgar of Rushabh Pritners, Deval Shah of Ramya Art and Vikas Rana of Rakesh Printing.  

Speaking on the printing industry in Vadodara, Jignesh said, "Vadodara currently has 170 printers scattered across the city among which there are six CTP bureau's and 15 to 20 four colour presses."

He added, "Vadodara sector converts around 700 to 800 tonnes paper and paperboard in a month with plate consumptions ranging more than 10,000 sq/m."
