PrintPack: Folding machine from Horizon has unveiled at Proteck stand

Chennai-based Proteck Machinery has unveiled its paper folding machine Horizon 762 KLL. The folding machine can fold 32 ppm in 30X40 inch size.

According to Kamal Vyas, general manager at Proteck, the Horizon 762 KLL is an ideal machine for book printers and publishers. "It is the world’s fastest paper folding machine in its section. We are in the process of closing two orders for the 762 KLL. Also we are getting good response from visitors at PrintPack India especially from Gujarat."

Besides the 762 KLL, Proteck has also launched a fully automatic paper folding machine for pharmaceutical inserts AF-406F. The touch screen panel of this machine provides you paper sizes and folding patterns on a touch only and one can feed up to 200 programmes in the memory of this machine.

Also on display at the stand are table-top folding machines and paper-cutters from Horizon.  

Yasushi Matsuhara, director for marketing development at  Horizon was available for interaction with the visitors at the Proteck stall. He said: "More than 2,000 folding machines worldwide and over 100 folding machines are running in India.  The reason is the quality of the fold. It remains the same, even at higher speed."
