PrintPack 2017: Kiran Consultants offering ERP solution

Gaurav Bansal of Kiran Consultants said, “It is our debut at PrintPack India. Our stall size is just 15 sq/m. We offer an end-to-end enterprise solution to printing and packaging companies covering all activities from pre-sales job estimation, quotations, follow ups to order processing, RM procurement, production planning to dispatch and post-sales customer complaint handling. The solution can be cloud hosted, run on desktops, mobile and tablets. We provide CRM Software as Software as a service (SaaS) to machinery manufacturers and sales agents. The solution covers in detail pre-sales, AMC contracts, customer service tickets.”

He said the company products helps printers in better inventory management, sales order processing, job cards, production, WIP control, downtime analysis of machines, waste analysis. “Our CRM solution can help the marketing team in leads management, job estimation, quotations, amendments, reminders and follow ups done on various customer accounts, post-sale complaints handling, auto mail/sms alerts to quality assurance engineers, actions taken for resolution of problem, proper MIS for management,” he added.

The company has installed its solutions in more than 40 companies across India in various industry verticals. Uflex, Manjushree, Pashupati Polypropylene, Laminar, Mico Plast are some of its key clients from the printing and packaging industry.

On technology development, Bansal said the company come up with the mobility solutions as per market demands. “Regular feedback from printers has helped us tackle their pain points and provide industry specific solution,” he added.

Bansal said the upcoming GST will make it mandatory to make the records of every minute detail from purchase until sales. In such cases, any manual intervention may cause an error. “Our ERP solutions can help enterprises to work more efficiently,” he said.
