PrintPack 2017: Joy-D-Zign to introduce new machines

Joy-D-Zign will introduce new machines for exercise notebook processing and diary/hard-case bound books industry during PrintPack 2017 scheduled for 4 to 8 February 2017 at India Expo Centre, Greater Noida.

NS Manku of Joy-D-Zign said following the company’s success at PrintPack 2015, it worked in close coordination with customers to deliver products that maximise returns. “The new launches will surpass the industry standards in technology, output, power consumption, footprint and ease in handling,” Manku said.

Manku said the company stall at Hall 1/ Stall A20 will be a special treat for book converters as the company has lined up three innovative machines.

The company will also display its existing bestsellers with improvements and innovations. In addition to smashing and nipping press/ book back rounding and backing press/ edge squaring press/ dual book press, Joy-D-Zign will display the following:

Joint forming press online (H) can be attached to any inline processing system. It has been specially designed to cater to heavy books of large formats up to 410x410x100mm.

Book spine pre-gluer is of 33x31cm size required for producing precise rectangular book. The blocks have been upgraded to reduce the total setting-up time by up to 50%.

For hard case book binding industry, case spine rounding press is being launched to enhance quality of finished Books.

The company will also showcase the twin corner cutting press TCC-III. It is also launching the hydraulic label punching press with STAMFAG, and high performance die-cutting tool.

There will also be a new model for baling press especially designed for shredded paper and label / pouch filling / packaging waste.
