In addition, the Monotech team also spoke about its specialisation in manufacturing of the Jetsci M series industrial inkjet.

Jimit Mittal, deputy general manager, Monotech Systems, said, “We had already launched and successfully installed five Jetsci Y series inkjet systems in India for variable data printing (VDP). All the systems are running at very high speed and lowest operating cost for the customers who are producing high volume with UV and Water based inks models.

“Our experience with Y series gave us confidence to launch M series and we are hopeful for the same result for the launched series. We have orders with us for M series as well and in the month of April this year we will be installing our first machine. Multiple print heads can be included in the system to get the variable data printed at different locations across the print widths economically.”

The newly launched inkjet printer is equipped with a single printhead of width of 72mm and can print up to 360 X 720 dots per inches (DPI) resolutions at a speed of 100 metres per minute.

It is available in three variants - UV, water based and solvent inks; and suitable to integrate with sheetfed and web offset printing presses. M series of Jetsci can be used for applications like variable barcodes, 2-D/QR Codes, text, numbers, addresses and images.
