Media Expo: Monotech announces tie-up with Massivit

Monotech Systems, the manufacturer and solutions provider for printing and packaging industry, showcased a range of eco-friendly machines with a focus on UV print solutions at Media Expo 2018, which opened in Mumbai on 22 February.

The company also announced its tie-up with Israel-based Massivit to introduce super-sized 3D printers in the Indian market.
Akash Kumar, senior manager, marketing and communications, Monotech Systems, said, “Massivit will introduce a new concept of advertising with 3D displaying instead of conventional advertising.” 
The Monotech stall showcased a sample gallery of products printed by Massivit elicited a lot of interest from visitors.
“Our participation at the Media Expo in Mumbai is themed on green printing and innovative products. We have an array of products which are already popular and proven in the market as our customers have shown their trust. We hope to leverage our brand Pixeljet and our partner brands like Agfa and Massivit through this show,” said Kumar.
The company displayed the Pixeljet UV2333 a UV flatbed with spot UV for stationery, gifts, and novelty printing; the Pixeljet Power Pro, a 3.2m soft signage UV LED roll-to-roll printer and Pixeljet UV 2512, a UV hybrid flatbed printer at its two stalls.
Speaking at the show, Manoj Garg, product head, wide-format graphics, Monotech Systems, said, “There has been an increased sensitivity about eco-friendly practices in the market with various regulatory compliances anticipated in the future, the demand for eco-friendly printing solutions has been increased. Sensing this, Monotech’s focus is to offer solutions with eco-friendly UV inks.”
“Also, printing on various recyclable media instead PVC helps in reducing environmental hazards,” added Garg. 
In addition, Pixeljet eco-solvent printer, large format poster printers from Canon and a range of UV printing solutions from Agfa Graphics with an exclusive application gallery were on display at the show.
