Megabound notches up sales with 22 machines at PrintExpo 2013

Bengaluru-based manufacturer of case-making and perfect binding machines, Megabound, has announced the sale of 22 machines at the show.

The machines sold at the show include eight semi automatic case maker machine, six automatic case maker Active Dual, three Casing-in Plus, two each of Pearl, which is an automatic case maker and X-Press book line an online casing-in and joint forming machine and a Casing-in machine.

Srinivasa Reddy, managing director at Megabound, said, “At the show we showcased economic, medium and high-end range of machines. And as expected we have got a very good response for all three categories.” He further added, “Majority of the order received are from our existing clients and this speaks volumes about our product quality.”

Some of the clients who invested in the machines include Orissa-based commercial printer Orissa Book Emporium, who booked a set of machine which include an automatic case maker Active Dual, Casing-in Plus and a joint forming machine at the show. X-Press book line which falls under the high-end range was booked by a Kolkatta and Maharashtra-based commercial printer.

Megabound displayed around eight machines at the show and the semi automatic case maker CB-310 and auto case maker active dual were the star products.

Reddy further informed that, “South has always been an important market for us and there are about 30 different machines installed in Chennai.”

Megabound showcased  an array of machines at the show which include MAC-650, fully automatic and semi automatic case maker machine, Casing in Plus, joint forming and online casing in and joint forming X-Pressline machines.
