Media Expo Delhi 2017 begins

The Delhi edition of Media Expo, India’s largest exhibition for advertising and signage solutions, opened its gates on 22 September 2017. The show on the innovations in Indian advertising, printing and signage technologies, being held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, is on until 24 September.

According to sources at Messe Frankfurt, organiser of the show, with the growing focus on advertising and printing industry to innovate, digital and green technologies will take prominence during the show, with exhibitors displaying eco-friendly products and new concepts, besides launching new products.

Media Expo 2017 was inaugurated in the presence of Shailesh Mehta, managing director, Mehta Cad Cam; Anil Miglani, managing director, Angel India; Arjun Dev, managing director, Britomatic India Sign; Anil Gupta, managing director, Associated Plastics; Bharat Wadhwa, managing director, Infinity Digital; Bhavna Saluja, country manager, HP; and Raj Manek, executive director and board member, Messe Frankfurt Asia Holding.

For the stakeholders, the show provides an opportunity to understand how technology advancements will affect conventional advertising for business in India. Visitors can also take a peek at the green solutions available for advertising and printing industries and explore the benefits of LED signage solutions, display and new advertising mediums.

The 2017 edition of the show is spread across Halls 11, 12 and 12A at Pragati Maidan.

Media Expo brings together a gamut of industry leaders like manufacturers, service providers, industry players and decision makers from varied segments in advertising and sign industry. The key exhibitors at the show this year includes Abhikruti Digi-Soft; Angel Cad Cam; Apsom Infotex; Arrow Digital; Associated Plastics; Atul Paper; Avery Dennison; Canon India; Colorjet; Epson India; Fujifilm; HP; JN Arora; Mehta Cad Cam; Mimaki; Monotech Systems; Negi Sign Systems; Prakash Offset Machinery; Sahil Graphics; TechNova Imaging System; Unique International; Unique Laser Engravers;  among others.

On display will be printing equipment such as wide-format and digital printers for various print applications featuring different technologies such as UV and inkjet, among others. There will also be narrow-format printers; screen printing machines, printheads and software and heat transfer machines. Also on display will be fabricating / finishing and decorating machines; architectural hardware; sign substrates / equipment; and signage and outdoor advertising related products.
