Maxprint installs Easygluer 55, Heidelberg's new finishing kit
Thane-based Maxprint, which specialises in packaging, has invested in Heidelberg's Easygluer 55 and has become India's first print firm to use latest addition in Heidelberg's range of carton folder gluers.

Maxprint installs Easygluer 55, Heidelberg's new finishing kit
The firm is using the new machine to produce an output of 70,000 cartons per hour and to procure its simple procedure to change jobs from straight line to crash lock and back again.
Easygluer 55 is compact, with a maximum blank width of 550 mm along with a special attachment for CD and DVD sleeves.
Kalpesh Loonavat, owner, Maxprint, is happy with the purchase and said: "The machine requires minimum set-up time and is easy to operate. I have been able to increase my output threefold."
According to Loonavat, Heidelberg’s team took special effort in getting a packaging specialist from Malaysia to install the machine. It is reliable backed by good after- sales service and in case of any malfunction the technical expert pays a visit to solve the problem in no-time.
The company has a raft of Heidelberg high-end machines: SM 72 V CPTronic, a four-colour press; SORMZ CPC, two-colour press, Polar 115 EMC cutting machine among others.
Maxprint plans to quadruple its business soon with an investment in Heidelberg’s Varimatrix.
"Heidelberg’s products may be expensive, but they are definitely worth the extra money because of its good quality output. Furthermore, the machines have a good re-sale value," stated Loonavat.
A portion of the firm’s revenue comes from packaging jobs which it supplies to pharmaceutical companies. The clientele includes prominent firms like Maxheal Pharmaceutical India and two retail majors: Star Bazaar of the Tata group and More of the Aditya Birla group.
