Manugraph to mark its presence along with Masterwork at China Print

Masterwork machinery, which is represented in India by Manugraph, will launch three new machines at the China Print show. This includes MK1060E fully automatic platen die-cutting machine with stripping, which is an upgraded version of MK1060MF diecutting machine displayed at PrintPack India 2013 earlier this year and MK650FBII, a folder-gluer with inline inspection system.

Masterwork will also launch a digital printer for barcode printing. Along with the launches, the company will be showcasing MK420S a sheetfed inspection system, MK1050 die-cutting embossing machine and also MK21060SER Duopress, which is a combination of hot foil stamping and diecutting machine with stripping.

Narendra Attarde, general manager, Manugraph, said, “The MK21060SER produces foil stamped, die-cut, stripped, blank separated sheets in one pass thereby it not only increases production efficiency but also reduces the down time and manpower requirement. As both the operations are accomplished in single pass, the registration accuracy is maintained across the operations and hence wastage is reduced.”

The MK420Q inspection system can detect a pre-selected area with varying values as required by the customer which can save times, reduces manual inference in inspection and provides defect-free product for the customer.

Speaking about the show, Attarde added, “The China Print will provide alternatives for the Indian printers to opt for low capital investment and help them sustain in today’s challenging economic conditions.”
