Macro Print launches Macrobond nanoclean for digital print

At PrintPack India, Macro Print Engineers India, the lamination specialist has launched Macrobond nanoclean machine for digital print to avoid print wastage.

N Kannan, joint managing director at Macro Print Engineers India, said, “We have added a new feature nanoclean in Macrobond double sided DSL lamination machine. Macrobond nanoclean removes the small dust particles while laminating products and it also helps in avoiding print waste materials. Apart from this, at the show, we have also launched Macrobond wet lamination machine, the machine is very compact to avoid space constraints and it is easy to install at the shopfloor.”

At the show, Macrobond has sold three laminations machines. The machines include two Macrobond DSL lamination and classic autocut lamination machines. Kannan, added, “The footfall at the stall has been good and we are expecting to sell more 25 machines by the end of the exhibition.”

Today, Macrobond has an existing customer base of 750 and the company plans to add the nanoclean feature to its existing customers.
Macrobond nanoclean aims to achieve clear lamination output on paperboard, non-tearable prints, eliminating wastage and 100% dust free lamination. The nanoclean technology is efficient in surface cleaning of digital prints with online lamination, by using imported static adhesive material with simplified technology. Nanoclean ensures to clean all micro-nano sized dust and foreign particles from the surface of the media and it enhances the quality of the lamination.
