Speaking to PrintWeek India, Sonal Sheth, director, Sheth Printograph, said, “Both the products, which we will launched at the show are a must–see to gauge Indian manufacturing capability vis-à-vis imported machines. Moreover, we are better equipped to provide most efficient after sales service, which is a major criteria while making decision for any capital investment.”

The Pylo XL 3040 is an extension to the company’s Jazz lamination machine aimed at packaging printers who are doing MetPET jobs. This ‘Made in India’ kit is an automatic water-based and thermal film laminating machine with inline drying system and automatic hot knife sheet separation system with laser sensor.

The Ultima is a double-sided thermal lamination machine designed for digital prints. It is equipped with double side embossing and texturing, window slitting for photo album and online automatic precise cut-to-length sheet cutting for polyester film lamination. This is a modular machine suitable for both digital photographic printers as well as commercial printers and label manufacturers.

“The USP of Ultima is time and labour saving due to add-ons at both ends of machine. These include inline window slitting before lamination and online sheet separation at the rear of machine. It increases productivity, lower labour cost and minimal or no wastage and no maintenance of two separate machines,” said Sheth.
