Labelexpo Europe 2017: Start International will showcase electrical clear label dispenser

Start International’s showstopper will be LD3500, an electric label dispenser for clear labels.

Speaking to PrintWeek India, Sandy Yoss, vice president – sales, Start International, said, “We created this dispenser to help dispense clear, tamper evident, carton sealing labels and other challenging clear materials.” 

The LD3500 automatically dispenses small labels and die-cut parts made from paper, polyester, vinyl, acetate, foam, foil, and other materials. The LD3500, with its petite design and footprint, is designed to fit easily in small work areas.

This is the company’s first machine that can handle clear labels. The new model showcases new redesign line of label dispensers.  “The shape and look have completely changed and we began offering a new patented feature on the majority of these dispensers.  We created a 0.5-inch bracket on the back of these machines that provided hanging capability so that the operator could suspend our machines above their work space.” 

The company will also promote its newly acquired certification for its entire range electric label dispensers except for LD3000 and LD3500 by Bureau Veritas /Curtis Straus (OSHA recognized NRTL Laboratory). 

Besides this, the company will also showcase LAB01, manual bottle label applicator, which is designed to apply labels to bottles, cans, jars, and other cylindrical products and LR4500 label rewinder.
