Konica Minolta seals web-to-print solutions partnership with Design’N’Buy

Konica Minolta Business Solutions India has joined forces with Ahmedabad-based Design’N’Buy, a web-to-print solutions provider, to develop and host online web-to-print application. The applications will let end users to personalise the existing products online as well as place order.

The web-to-print application will be part of Konica Minolta’s customer loyalty programme, and will be offered on a Saas basis to its customers. Design’N’Buy will be responsible for local support and training, technical support and product enhancements.

Yoshinori Koide, executive general manager – PP and IP Marketing, Konica Minolta Business Solutions India said, “Web to print is the need of the hour for print service providers to serve their customers online and gives our customers to be available for their customers 24x7 and so we thought of clubbing it in our portfolio by partnering with Design’N’Buy."

Konica Minolta has an installation base of 3,000+ in India. While the solution will be available to other users, the software will be subsidised for Konica Minolta customers. “The software will help our customers to handle the push for online transaction, managing job works from freelancers, as well as getting a first-hand report on a daily basis,” said Manish Gupta, national manager – PP and IP Marketing at Konica Minolta.

According to the partnership, Design’N’Buy will provide 99.99% network and power uptime, complete data confidentiality, recursive backups and dedicated support, periodic status reports on performance of all active applications.

Design’N’Buy has 600 print customers worldwide, 15 of which are in India.
