KM launches JET Varnish 3D
Konica Minolta Business Solutions India (Hall 5/Stall C-16) has launched JET Varnish 3D, a print enhancement equipment. The machine is designed by MGI Digital Graphic Technology.

KM launches JET Varnish 3D
It is designed for 2D and 3D applications. This print enhancement machine is useful for both digital and offset printers with a sheet size up to 20x42 inches. Being a digital machine, the user can switch the UV effects instantaneously.
Yuji Nakata, managing director, Konica Minolta India, said, “JET Varnish 3D gives us an opportunity to get and see direct customer response for the machine. It will be a game changer for us. We will further strengthen our market offerings to the customers in the production printer segment.”
JET Varnish has the ability to varnish up to 200μm for 3D raised effects, which is sure to impress. It has speed of up to 3,000 B2 sheets per hour in flat mode (2D) and up to 1,700 B2 sheets per hour in 3D mode.
“The JET Varnish 3D can turn regular printed jobs into high margin spot UV jobs, or even higher margin 3D embossed jobs,” Nakata added.
