Kanan Graphics acquires Crisil certificate for its operations

Mumbai-based Kanan Graphics, a renowned dealer for pressroom chemicals and consumables in Western India, acquired a Crisil SE 3B rating.

The ratings from Crisil reflect the financial strength and performance capabilities of Kanan Graphics.

Chetan Shah, owner of Kanan Graphics is proud of the achievement. "As a medium and small enterprise company, the SE 3B is a grade which states that the company has got ‘moderate growth with moderate risk’ in the business."

The process involved representatives from Crisil visiting the company a discussion between Crisil analysts with the top management of the company.

Kanan Graphics is the largest authorised dealer of Arets Graphics in Western India. It is also the distributor of adhesives for Pidilite Industries apart from being an importer of rubber blankets, print consumables and offset inks.

"Since our company deals in many products from the international market, this rating will provide better understanding of our company internationally," said Shah.

Crisil is the pioneer of independent credit ratings in India. In association with NSIC, Crisil is now rating small scale industries on a special rating scale, using a criteria tailored for the small-scale sector.
