In addition, SLKCG, who represents Fucho Sikho in India, has installed four semi-automatic machines at Pragati Pack and two at Solar Prints.

The automatic KZM-A600A model is an advance machine and good for making different prototypes of rigid box as well as complex types of fancy box, custom box, cell phone boxes, chocolate boxes, etc. The K series fully automatic machine consists of a computer control pasting machine, automatic four-corner taping machine, box placing equipment, and a wrapper with taping over equipment and it performs automatically.

When PrintWeek India saw the machine at work, we noticed the following highlights – the ability to paste the wrapping paper on the box; the paper feeder which permits a tiny label to a larger paper size; a large mixing tank and a heat exchange system to facilitate the control-pasting machine and the ability to do label and bottom pasting automatically.

Vinayak Munipalli of SLKCG, the Indian representatives of Fuchu, is targeting “eight Fuchu installations by the end of 2016”. The main advantage with the Fuchu K Series machine, he says, is its ability to ensure a set substitute can be performed with ease. This includes operations like feeding, pasting, four corner taping and wrapping.
