Khushru Patel of Jak Printers said, "Persistence and consistency are the two words that have driven us over the years." He elaborated, "Persistence to strive for perfection at all times and consistency to adhere to high expectations from our customers."

Reflecting on the honour Patel added, "Now as we look back, it has really paid us well. It has also acted as a morale booster year after year."

On behalf of the Jak team, Patel said, "It's an amazing feeling to be awarded the best Printer for the eleventh year in a row. We are exhilarated, kind of elated, by all the honour bestowed on us."

He mentioned, "It was also really a surprise, given the high standards of entries in this year's entries. Nevertheless we are still enjoying our moment in glory."

When asked if Jak has fulfilled the dream that was envisaged 20-30 years ago, Patel said, "I think from where we started, we are extremely happy. Keeping the values intact, has been the crux, and we have achieved it reasonably well. Diverting from our values, we could have achieved 50 or even 100% more. There is always a scope of improvement and we have always tried to grow. And growth is not always in terms of turnover, it is to do with the team size, in quality of team, quality of customers, quality of banking. By the grace of God and with a good team we have achieved a lot from where we started."
