Installation is the theme for day three

The biggest installation of the day was Omet announcing the sale of Xflex 4 to Zircon. The 10-colour flexo press with cold foil, turn bar and a waste management system from Lundberg will be installed at one of the three Zircon’s plant in Dehradun. Besides Dehradun, the multi-locational company has a plant in Chennai and plans to start one each in West and East.

The Xflex 4 will be used for producing speciality and decoration products for personal and FMCG products. With this installation and more planed for the future the Rs 75-crore company hopes to touch the Rs 100-crore mark.

The other major installations announced were :

Monotech sold two JetSci VSRI to a security printing press in India, with these installations Monotech have now notched up 20 installations of JetSci.

Kumar Labels’ IVB 330 has been acquired by three firms one in Germany, one in Kolkata and one in Haryana.

Donghai’s 2BS-3204 flexo printing machine has been acquired by Star Offset.

Flexo Image Graphics which Rotoflex’s Indian representative sold the Rotoflex VSI 330 to Noida-based Jain Transfer Products.

Renault Paper Products (Mumbai) have taken home Repro Graphics’ Flexowash Plate Washer 45WRO.

Harveer Sahni-led Weldon Celloplast have acquired Jandu’s J4 die-cutter.

Dupont Cyrel Fast 1001TD has been sold Barcom Industries, which is based out of Vasai.

Multitec’s Ecoflex VSI servo press has been acquired by Navi Mumbai-based Total Print Solutions.

Vinsak’s LSR 440 has been sold to Regal Creative Products. 

On day two, Epson announced the sale of its Surepress L- 4033AW to Mumbai-based JP Printers.
