The Indian version of the world’s leading trade show SinoCorrugated, which takes place in China every year with an objective to cater to manufacturers, buyers and users of corrugated packaging, IndiaCorr Expo, clubbed with the third edition of ICCMA Congress, promises to offer more live demos, well represented Indian manufacturers, and more international brands from countries like China, Taiwan, Italy, Japan, Korea, France, Germany and the US.

The last edition of IndiaCorr Expo was attended by 5,331 trade visitors from 25 countries and featured 125 exhibitors.

According to the organisers, the event is useful for corrugators, printers, consultants, designers and professionals from allied sectors. “The show this year is going to be the biggest so far with over 130 Indian and international companies to display their latest technology to upgrade corrugated and folding carton sector in India,” said Vineet Mahajan, managing director, Reed Manch Exhibitions. “The best thing about our show is that whoever walks into the show floor is a potential buyer of our exhibitors. This USP has been instrumental in making this event the only place for large corrugators to come and source machinery, raw material and IT support for running their operations.”

The theme of this year’s ICCMA Congress, to be held on 6 and 7 October 2015, is ‘A SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunity and threat) perspective of Indian corrugated packaging industry,’ which will highlight the importance of corrugated sector in the entire value chain of packaging industry, explore new horizons in perishable product packaging and cost optimisation by automation.

“I am confident that this year’s ICCMA congress would be bigger and better than last two editions. Our team is working hard to make this conference an ideal platform for knowledge sharing and networking,” said Kirit Modi, president, ICCMA.
