The team at Image Offset are upbeat and are expecting a growth of 25% next year.

“We required advanced technology for printing, and fast production with less employee engagement, considering maintenance costs,” said Rahul Shah owner of Image Offset. “Most of the job work and the demand for jobs come from the publishers, who are located in and around the city. On time output from the machines has improved the capability.”

Shah added, “There have been changes in the industry and a shift from negative printing to CTP printing, folding, binding and cutting process has been shifted to advance automated system. We do receive many printing queries from the market but the customers require high-resolution multicolour printing jobs at a low cost. Today, the market is growing and we are planning to diversify our business into multiple portfolios like packaging and digital printing.”

Shah concluded, “It is important to offer quality products to the customers.”

On the shopfloor, the company has TechNova PoliJet 9900, Heidelberg (SORD), four-colour Komori 426 press with plate punch, and Fujifilm violet CTP.

Shah highlighted on the features that turned the scales in favour of the above-mentioned machines and said, “We opted for these machines for fast production and less maintenance cost.”
