GMC bags Rs 68 lakh Manipal Press deal

GMC Software has finalised a Rs 68-lakh deal with Manipal Press. According to GMC, this will be one of their largest installations.

Purnendu Mohanty, GMC's managing director for operations in India and the SAARC countries, said: "Manipal is the first print company in the country, to opt for an Email Gateway from GMC (for email blasts) and for process automation."

Mohanty added: "With this product, Manipal will be capable of driving any input and almost all output. Manipal has set the standards for VDP printing. The GMC will boost this."

GMC has planned an extensive training program for Manipal. "This will assist the company to adapt the best practices GMC follows across the globe," he said.

Manipal plans to integrate all four locations with the GMC process automation.

GMC Software Technology offers end-to-end software solutions for designing, composing, and producing personalised print and electronic customer communications. GMC's customers include, Seshasayee Business Forms and Print Mail among others.
