Exclusive PrintWeek India gets a new website

The Indian print industry’s widely visited PrintWeek India website has migrated to a bigger platform with a new look. It will now function under a new URL www.printweek.in as well as the earlier one www.printweek.com/india.

“There have been new inclusions like picture galleries and the Indian industry's favourite manual Buyer's Guide. The effort has been to make content even more appealing, and we'll be bringing a lot more multimedia content to the fore,” said Suresh Ramakrishnan, publishing director for Haymarket Media India.

Apart from the above mentioned inclusions, the new website can be used as a tool by its readers to promote industry events. One can submit their own events with contact details, description and image. The new website will ensure that all the great news, incisive features and commentary are within easy reach.

“As part of our commitment to keeping our work easily accessible, we have created a more navigable website with additional resources, better tools, and a new visual design to support various areas of print segments and sectors,” said Ramakrishnan.

One key change that you may not notice immediately is that we now require registration. Access to the site is still free, but we now have limits to the amount of content that unregistered users are able to see - namely 28 days for news articles and mandatory registration for Features - anything else is only available to registered users.

Ramakrishnan added: "You can register and start using the new site. It only takes a few minutes and means you can sign up to email bulletins, comment on articles, and enjoy unlimited access to content."
