Ess Aar increases productivity by 400% with Xerox printers
New Delhi-based Ess Aar International, after the installation of Xerox 260 and 5000 at its digital printing unit - Instant Prints, has reported a four-fold increase in sheet consumption.

Ess Aar increases productivity by 400% with Xerox printers
Ess Aar specialises in printing on textured and handmade paper with a screen printing facility too. After their diversification into the digital segment in 2007 it now also expertises in short- run and VDP jobs.
The new unit Instant Prints for complete digital production was instated in 2007. Talking about which Suresh Kataria, owner of both the units, stated: "We have successfully doubled our turnover after having set the digital unit."
"With Xerox in our digital set-up we now produce 60,000 sheets per month as against 15,000 when we started the unit, with a sharp increase in cost effectiveness," said Sagar, Kataria’s son, who is assisting his father run the digital unit.
Xerox along with the machines has made available to Instant, full service agreement which includes engineer visits, consumable and all the spare parts.
The digital unit provides a wide-ranging binding, screen and design facility. Ess Aar caters to the demands of various export houses, event management and garment industry.
Ess Aar, started a decade ago by Suresh Kataria, is housed in a 3,150 sqft production unit with six employees operating on the floor.
