ePUB-Hub provides tangible digital publishing solutions, catering to the requirements of publications and authors. Through its expertise in digital publishing, ePUB-Hub intends to create awareness of the advancements in publication amongst independent authors, publishers, educational institutes and libraries.

The New Delhi World Book is on from 7 to 15 January.

During the show, Apurva Ashar, executive director, ePUB-Hub will conduct a seminar on 10 January, to educate visitors on the benefits and importance of ‘inclusive publishing’ for publishers and readers, alike.

Inclusive publishing aims to promote publishing processes through which publishers deliver “born accessible” publications that are fully accessible to all readers, including people with print disabilities.

ePUB-Hub Digital Publishing solution has joined hands with Daisy Foundation of India (DFI) and its international partner Bookshare to further this movement and encourage all publishers to adopt this methodology in their publishing cycle.

Talking about inclusive publishing and the need of it will be a member from DFI and throwing light on how to implement the said methodology will be Ashar.

“India has seen radical progress in terms of ePublishing and through this platform we want to educate people about our services and developments. Inclusive publishing as a publishing methodology is something that needs to be brought to light so as to create awareness and a congruent environment for the visually impaired,” said Ashar.

Over the course of the Fair ePUB-Hub also aims to promote its solution suite that enables authors and publishers to design, convert, publish and protect their content.

ePUB-Hub, a part of Cygnet Infotech, was established in 2012.
