Epson announces New Delhi roadshow

Epson has announced that it will be hosting a roadshow on Thursday, September 5, 2013. The half-day roadshow powered by PrintWeek India will be held at Taj Vivanta, New Delhi will commence at 10.30 am and conclude at 1.30pm.

The roadshow themed – How to be sure about the future of print, will highlight case-study by Sai Packaging, sharing its shopfloor experience.

“The objective of the roadshow is to brainstorm and understand the needs of label converters,” said Ram Prasad S M, DGM – consumer products group, Epson India. He added that label converters today are faced with the challenge of providing solutions sought after by their respective customers, brand-owners and stakeholders. He added, “We plan to discuss these challenges and introduce digital imaging solutions offered by Epson, which can play a vital role in the entire print and packaging ecosystem in coming years.”

The show will not only discuss the effectiveness of colour and quality management technologies but also have a panel of experts including technologists and CEOs of printing companies talking about how to be sure about future of print.

S M Ram Prasad will kick-off the event discussing the technology stories from Epson in a year that could define the printing industry in India. 
 
Arvind Sekhar of Sai Packaging will back the evolution of digital printing in packaging segment and how customers have embraced it. 

The day will culminate with a panel discussion on how print firms can be wiser by improving their processes, and become much more profitable.

Ram Prasad said, "The roadshow will feature interactive discussions and information sharing session with takeaways for the participants in terms of practical knowledge on opting for digital that can be monetised to profitability with effective implementation."
